Comfortable and cozy room with conveniences like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television. the bed was super comfy, and the bath was in good working order. the location was great, just a hop and a skip away from a train station. 🚆

Everything was great, had a very good stay on long business trip. We got single room and really enjoyed it. Our location was particularly good and easy, close to the train station. The lunch in Tsubame Grill close to the hotel had every choice imaginable...

Everything was simply excellent. The rooms were functional, complete with all adéquat Equipment and smallest windows in Shinagawa Prince Hotell 4 buildings and water kettle, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The location was peaceful, near to the main areas and a major train station and easily accessible.

We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast and reasonable lunches. The staff were amicable in the whole hotel. Its EASY, very central location was a plus.

The location of the hotel is marvelous, close to the JR station in a great area. the rooms were tidy and equipped with a water kettle and all necessary amenities. - We enjoyed staying in the Minato district.

Great accommodation with easy setting near Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya, the railway station and sightseeing spots in Tokyo. the staff were really helpful. Free wake up calls and ironing available.

The staff here are really friendly and the location is super convenient, especially if you're heading to Haneda airport 🛫. There's a McDonald's nearby called Wing Takanawa that's great for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

Excellent staff. Reasonable prices. Fantastic, good location in a comfortable area. Walking distance to a mall and convenience stores. Great restaurant for breakfast and reasonable lunches.

Convenient location near Shinagawa Station, quick check in and check out process, good for one night transit stay, fantastic links to all over Japan, cheaper alternative to other towers.
